Frontwise (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2026/819729/07) is a South African company. This notice explains what personal information we handle, why, and your rights under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

This website

This website has no forms, no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. Its fonts are served from this site. The calculator and the examples run in your browser, and nothing you move or type on them is sent to us.

Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. That information may be processed outside South Africa, under Cloudflare's own privacy terms.

When you contact us

If you phone us or email us, we use your name, your contact details and what you tell us only to reply to you and to arrange a demo. We do not sell them, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

• Our email is handled by Google (Gmail), which may store it outside South Africa.
• We keep your details while we are in contact, and delete them within 12 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer or ask us to delete them sooner.
• We will not call or message you to sell to you without your consent.

Businesses that use Frontwise

When a business uses Frontwise, its customers' messages are handled for that business. Before anything goes live we sign a written operator agreement with the business that sets out how that information is used, protected and deleted. We never use those customers' details to train AI models.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, or to stop using it. Email hello@frontwise.co.za or phone 078 159 1466. We reply within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa: inforegulator.org.za.
